Mediterranean cooking, with a corner of Bolivia

Uyuni is the name of Bolivia’s great salt flat. That is why, alongside the rice dishes and the grill, the menu keeps ten Bolivian dishes: pique macho, silpancho, peanut soup…

“Amazing Bolivian food must try it out,” wrote Danae on Google. You will find them on the menu, under “Sabores de Bolivia”.

A table in the dining room with several Bolivian dishes on clay plates and glasses of wine
Peanut soup (sopa de maní) in a clay bowl, topped with fried potato strips and parsley
Pique macho, with tomato, onion, pepper and boiled egg, next to a glass of white wine
Fried pork ribs with hominy, plantain and potato
  • Pique macho Uyuni · €19
  • Peanut soup (sopa de maní) · €12
  • And eight more dishes on the menu
